Preparation

To make the characteristic dome-like shape, you put the cocoa sponge cake in special moulds. Then soak it and smear the layers with the banana and chocolate cream. Toss the dessert from the mould, smear it with whipped cream and finish off with the cocoa and chocolate coating and garnish it.
