  • They are made according to the old and tested recipe of Grandmother Emma.
  • When I started going to school, I got up early and joyfully went to school. At that time my grandmother every morning after breakfast pushed a box in my hand which contained rye biscuits with a chocolate covering. These were the biscuits that gave me the energy to study. Some of them I ate on the way to school, the rest with my best friends at lunch. We talked about things we experienced in the classroom and sweetened them with rye biscuits. School is over and I see my friends only few times a year, but the rye biscuits are accompanying me even today. Now I bake them myself and take them to work as they give me energy for new tasks. Now I enjoy sharing them with my colleagues, and every morning I prepare them for my children. Just the way as my grandmother prepared them to me.
