  • They are made according to the old and tested recipe of Grandmother Emma.
  • Whenever Grandmother had some extra apricot marmalade, but little time on her hands since there was lots of work to do around the house, she would prepare tender pocket pies with apricot filling. She mixed yoghurt and sugar into the margarine and kneaded the mixture into tender dough. She used a glass to form circles out of the dough while she cooked vegetable soup with the other hand. Later she filled them with homemade apricot marmalade and immediately after setting down the spoons the best childhood treat was already served on the table.
